Wanted to give everyone the details about the social planned for Saturday, September 8, 2007. The plan is to get together to watch the USC v. Georgia game. The social will start at 5:00 p.m. and the game starts at 5:45. Everyone is welcome to come and stay for the whole game or just stop by for whatever part of it you can make it to. Phil and I will provide non-alcoholic drinks (tea, water, coke/diet coke) and some pizza, but we are asking that people either bring an appetizer or a dessert. If you plan on attending, please email me or let me know by Thursday, 9/6/07, so we may plan accordingly. Also give me an idea of what you will bring so I can make sure there is a balance between appetizers and desserts.
We live at 6626 Arcadia Woods Road. Our home number is 787-0086.
Directions to 6626 Arcadia Woods Road from TRUMC:
- Turn left onto Trenholm Road out of TRUMC parking lot.
- Continue on Trenholm Road past Beltline and Forest Drive.
- Turn left onto Arcadia Lakes Road. This turn will be approximately 2.5 miles after Forest Drive and at the bottom of the hill past North Trenholm Baptist Church. If you pass the Burger King or hit Decker, you have gone too far. Some of you may be familiar with this road since it cuts through to Two Notch.
- Turn right onto Arcadia Woods Road. This is the second right.
- Our house will be on the right at 6626 Arcadia Woods Road. It is a brick ranch (just like all the other houses on the street) and assuming the contractors do not still have their trailers parked in our carport, you will see a White Jeep parked in the driveway. Feel free to park in the driveway (it's wide enough for 2 cars) or anywhere on the street.
